lovely hotel experience

efficient check-inearly check-inperfect roomlow bed
check-in was efficient. the staff allowed me to check in early. they brought me to my room and explained the features. the room was perfect and had all necessities including a coffee pot.
the bed was very low. there was quite a lot of noise from outside, which wasn't ideal. the breakfast buffet had limited options.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they promptly addressed an issue with the comforter, replacing it quickly. i really appreciated their attentiveness.
